Connecting people to the innate wisdom and potential already within them

Over two decades working at the intersection of business + psychology

I spent my first 18 years in advertising as a Strategist at top agencies in NYC, SF, Seattle and LA, and my last 16 years as a Leadership + Culture Coach working across diverse cultures and countries.

Initially helping blue chip brands understand the hearts and minds of their consumers, I now help people better understand what’s in their own heart and mind so they can show up as the best version of themself.

My shift into full-time coaching followed my Master’s in Psychology and extensive Coach’s training and certification.

Cyndi’s creative ideas, dynamic energy, and passionate commitment provided the vital foundational elements that enabled the entire team to embrace change.

Making believers out of even the cynics

Organizations at the top of their game with respected cultures can be resistant (and rightly so) to traditional corporate trainings. By inviting folks to take what works and leave the rest, I make space for the eye rolls, disarm the skeptics, and create an environment most conducive to learning and development.

Helping teams have the conversations they’re not having

Understanding that each of us lives in our own thought-created reality is key to enabling empathy, candor and respect. Only then can we name the elephants in the room and really hear each other from a place of understanding vs. judgment.

Resolving conflict without the pain and awkwardness

Most people tend to be uncomfortable amid conflict. So learning how to listen to different perspectives with neutral curiosity leads to more productive conversations. My unique approach to finding common ground enables key stakeholders to safely share their individual Desires and Concerns, in service to identifying collective Possibilities.

How I live life profoundly impacts my work in the world

From learning to paint in the backyard of struggling artists in Havana to exploring the streets and complex social and economic structure of Dharavi in Mumbai with a long-time resident - I learned resourcefulness and innovation from cultures where it’s a necessity.

From sharing with ad agency execs in Tokyo about how Coaching transforms organizations to sitting in ceremony with shamans in the sacred valleys of Peru - I witnessed how we all share the simple desire for tomorrow to be better than today.

From volunteering in the California prisons for twelve years, teaching basic life and communication skills, to being an eight-time resident in Black Rock City | Burningman - I experienced how clear principles and guidelines build strong culture and community.

From all of this and the more to come - my journey has been fueled by wonder, cultural curiosity, and a mad crazy respect for the human experience.
